My role is the exact same to a store assistant which involves restocking the shelves serving customers on the till while working as part of a team.
My Communication skills have improved while also developing an understanding of rotating stock.
I really enjoy it as the team I’m a part off are very supportive and friendly and helped me in feeling at home. Although the jobs can be very repetitive at times there is always something new to deal and react to .
It’s fairly well structured with being given work to do alongside the actual practical side of developing my skills which makes it easy to complete the course. And it’s very easy to access online which means as long as I have a internet connection I can log on.
The support it fantastic the managers and trainers were always giving feedback to help me gain confidence in what I was doing.
My trainer is very supportive and always replies to my questions and quarries in a suitable amount of time which helps me to get things done in time.
Personally don’t feel like it has a massive affect because without the qualification but on the side I would still know most of what I need to know as it’s part of the role.
There are Christmas parties and social gatherings such as bowling and meals
Yes
It’s a lovely place to work as the other staff are really welcoming and the business is very well organised from top to bottom
It’s a company that demands a lot from there staff but can be very rewarding at times so it’s worth it
