As a Cloud Engineering Apprentice, my day to day role includes resolving tickets from people using Azure - Microsoft's cloud service. I also assist in the organisation of Microsoft Azure training for colleagues, across the organisation as well as helping to manage my Teams SharePoint web-page
I have learned about cloud platforms along with other technical skills learnt through my training provider. My communications skills both written and verbal have improved.

It is a great working environment and good pay. Everyone I have communicated with within the company are extremely friendly.
With regards to the interviewing process, though researching the company and the job role is important they are looking more into you as a person, what you value and how you can be a strong contribution to their team/ the company as a whole
