To lead the Fulfilment department with it's 19 agents, making sure department is running smooth. Raising any problems with the appropriate departments. Performance managing. Reporting to operation managers. Monitoring system performance Making sure everyone keeps high standards of GDPR guidelines
The main skill I learnt was coaching. I never used it in my career before, at least not knowingly. I found it useful.
Learning new things and skills I can use in my role.
I would say it is very well organised with clear structure and sensible deadlines.
They were supportive at the begin, but now I ended up doing it entirely in my free time, today I missed half of our lesson with the tutor due to my line manager calling and messaging me despite he knew I was on this training.

Sometimes I find that the theory is more than I would use in my role, but it gives me the tools I need to perform more efficient at work.

To make sure it is clear to their employer that it requires time and support from their work time, they agree with it and they will honor it.
