Work is well organised and company staff very supportive to help progression. College course lacks organisation.
College mentor, mangers and L&D team support me to progress my career well.
College lectures are supportive with teaching the content but lack organisation and aren't effective at feeding back results and queries.

Good company which offer plenty of support in progressing career. Many different options for personal development and varied career opportunities outside of just engineering.
Research what projects the company is working on and the location of these to see if they work for you. Understand the course you will be completing from the training provider more and what level this is.
