My work experience involved skills sessions for Team Leading and shadowing colleagues from the investment, audit, and tax accountancy department.
I was able to develop my communication and networking skills as a result of the activities & sessions that were organised. I was also able to develop a skill in team leading.
To a large extent it was a great opportunity always something to do!
My work experience was well organised, it was structured well from morning to evening.
I’ve learnt a lot, for instance how it’s departments are consist of audit & business transactions.
A large extent especially due to my time in different departments it helped show me how broad the finance industry is, which solidified my hopes of pursuing a career in investment.

There was opportunities to network and meet other employees, I also received a mentor!

Working with the EY will provide them wider knowledge about the finance industry which could help solidify their decision made regarding their careers. The support after the programme in terms of mentors is also remarkable.
