Running a room, leading a team, managing the whole staff team in managements absence. Planning activities for children and their individual needs, large groups for all of the children. Checking staff paperwork. Checking the health and safety of my room and the rest of the nursery. signing children in and out of the nursery
Yes, I have. Refreshed on safeguarding. How all of my efforts are actually impacted into the room and the staff even if they don't react to it. The importance of reflecting on your own practice as well as my team members. Dealing with conflict even when it may seem scary
It was lovely to meet up with my tutor, as she was so friendly all the time and got to know us on a personal level and understood how we prefered to work. She always communicated well with us and supported us well through the trickier questions. Nothing was too much of a problem
I found it all very clear and self explanatory as [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] kept a good close eye on our gap analysis and emailed regularly with updated questions we could do etc. I liked the ratio of written work, observations, reflective accounts and speaking over the dictaphone. It was always very clear what [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] wanted us to complete
My employer was very supportive and made sure that I was getting my work done each month before [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] came. She would also let me have some time at work to complete some course work as I also have a very busy home life with two boys and a house to run

No there isn't
Yes
Because it is like one big family and we make sure the children are the centre of every decision we make. All of the staff are trained in the same way so that everyone is on the same page and teaching the same in the same way especially with behaviour
