I work in a nursery looking after children, I have 8 key children which I do daily observations on and work closely with their parent, to make sure that the child gets the best outcome in life. I also help with cooking, nappy changes and daily actives.
That I need to do lots of research and try to relate my work to children that I work with because it will make it easier to do and understand.
I really enjoy it.

I get lots of support from my employer, she is their to help with any information or queries I have.
My trainer is always their for me and gives me lots of support. If I need extra help I can email or call her.
It really help I am learning new things all the time. That I can put into use at work.
My manager is always looking into new courses to improve our nursery, that we can all take part in.
