My role is to manage and direct my team and due to having this apprenticeship it has opened many doors for new management skills and communication skills. Also with the help of my trainers I will receive a degree in time from this.
I have developed my skills due to the work given by trainers it opens up a lot of new skills and engaging more in the company.
Very much so. As the pandemic has started my trainers and work have kept me going and gave me something to look forward to for example exercising what we have spoken about when I get back
Very well organised. Both trainers have had all work laid out and explained for me and they are both there if I need additional help.
I receive a lot of support as my manager is very hands on and loves to help her team in anyway she can
I receive a lot of support from my trainers in regards to the work as well as just saying a hello
I feel it has opened my mind about certain things we hadn’t thought about before the pandemic how everyone has kept in touch and given goals for teams when they get back. I have received a lot of pointers.
