  • My job role is too ensure all rooms are made to standard ready for when our guests arrive, this includes making beds, dusting, bathroom cleaned and hoovering, also Making sure all condiments and towels are provided.

  • I have learnt how to room check whilst working here and what to expect within a room when room checking. I have learnt about brand standards, and radicalisation and ppe.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Whitbread?
  • Be prepared and more realistic about the list size of rooms we get. To be told about how hard it can be in the summer, busiest times of the year. That hours can be up and down and not set.
