My Role at Rolls Royce involves learning the Assembly line and completing Collage work.
During my Apprenticeship I have defiantly learned new skill, both practical and new people skills.
I thoroughly enjoy the program, collage work is engaging and the lecturers are great and my time at work is also engaging and interesting.
The program is well organised and the communication between collage and work is great.
My individual manger checks on my work progress and specific meeting to review work are frequent. I can always connect with people at work even if i am at collage and need help.
Much of the work i do is online but collage staff are always available to help even if its via phone call or email. Practical lessons are well guided but you are still able to learn by yourself if wanted.
The practical skills learned at collage at very much help me learn the production line at work.
There are events organised between Apprentices and at the start of your apprenticeship an activity week is arranged to build the team work amongst apprentices.
