Adviser Support, supporting the partner with any of there issues, tasks and completing the inbetween work of the parnter and the client. Working closely with a team that support you as an apprentice and moved around each 3 months to try a diffent area of the role eg issuing letters of Authority to ceding providers, Confirm case manager task - a check to see that a transcation has been completed
Yes, ive learn and developed a wide range of skills. these include people skills - working closely with a team and on and off the phone to partners and potential clients. organisational skills - keeping up-to-date with the work load splitting it up how you please. IT skills - a development of these areas.
I enjoy my role here at M&G, work is work at the end of the day however, with the amount of learning and opportunites its a great start to a future. i would rate my time at M&G a 9 out of 10 experience. for the right person this is a great programme
The programme is split up in quarters, each a review of how you are getting on. again split into core work tasks e.g work assigned by manager and apprentice work tasks given by either BPP or Q&A. these work towards a project and presentation at the end of the year
You recive a great deal of support form the recruitment team (maria) with any issues you are having you can go and get help right away. the same goes for BPP, Ashleigh does a great job at replying to emails quickly and is always happy to help. Managers can be very busy as they are leading teams and plannijng inot the future so sometimes can be a lack of support, however keeping ontop of tasks will insure you have the correct support
As said in the last question between recruitment and BPP there is a great deal of support with the qualification, any help for any question you have will not be a problem. Remember to keep on top of work load so you dont fall behind. be honest and clear. and the support will help a great deal
For some parts i feel the qualification is outdated compared to the core work however, the skills you learn from the apprentice work are only going to benifit your core tasks - e.g a booklet on ICT skills. a great way to learn or develop your IT skills. wide range of progression
Loadsss of activites to take part in from charity work to team nights out. Baking, creating and trips to diffrent citys (work related). the opportuities are endless just make sure you get involved this looks great if you have done that bit extra, gives you a chance to get to know new people too, in business this is 100% important
Yes
as a year programme i think there is loads of skills and new opporrtunties to get. I feel much more confident spesking in large groups, my IT skills have imporved and there is scope for so much more,m organisational skills. if you are wiling to put the work in (like anything) you will do great in the business
be honest, be yourself, make sure to be the first to answer question, be inthusastic, outgoing. Really show why you want it. be confident in the skills you currently have, sell youself to the managers and recruitment team. why shoudl they want you? show your willing to learn in the areas you lack.
