My role is to make updates and changes to help the departement I work more efficient. I have monlthly tasks to do, however I also gain lots of other tasks which my team pass onto me. I also complete my qualification work and sit external exams.
I have learned lots within project management through the courses I have been put on. I have developed transferable skills such as Microsoft snd people skills.
I really enjoy the programme as I am constantly learning new information and skills for my own personal and professional development
It is quite structured through the way the coursework is povided and completed. I also have set times of seeing people for my apprenticeship or even my manager and coach. All my work is planned out well in quaterly sections
I recieve the amount I require, I know my employer is always there if needed
I recieve support from my training provider when I request it. We also gain support in understanding our work before attempting so we are all on the right lines
I feel like the training provider cements skills and understanding of basic tasks which sometimes help me within my role. But updated work could be more useful for change of times
There have been in other deparments, however my deparment have not been able to be involved in this
Yes
I have learned lots of transferrable skills and which has eased me into the world of working in a company like this.
