  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • During my time as an apprentice I have developed a number of skills. The first one being communication, on my first day as an apprentice I didn't even want to talk on Skype calls but I am not holding project calls to my project team and vendors. I also believe that my business writing has improved a considerable amount since being an apprentice.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy the scheme that I am on as it is really flexible and the apprenticeship managers are able to tailor the scheme to us and what we want to achieve whilst being an apprentice. I think it is a good scheme if you want to try a variety of placements whilst being on the job.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I think that the programme is well structured in the way that we go to college once a week and for the rest of the week we are on the job in the workplace. It is also well structured because we are able to get enough off the job training time in through learning sessions that we need for our college course.
