Very highly, I enjoy my work, university, the social side of this apprenticeship and would recommend anyone into either looking to this as a career, university course or a degree apprenticeship
There has been some part of the apprenticeship with little organisation including starting both work and uni in the beginning, yearly process and moving around the business to get a better understanding
In the teams I have worked in I receive I high level of support, which has helped me greatly both develop, however, overall as a business, there could be more support.
Lectures vary depending on lecturers and this is the same with how much support you receive. Since having contact in the university that we can speak too, the support has increased.
To a certain extent, due to understanding some knowledge behind what I am doing, however, it is not essential.
