Within my role I help to bring new business cases into the company, whilst maintaing existing cases. We work alongside account managers to support financial advisers. On a daily basis i look after multiple cases, this involves checking for funds and sending out new requirements.
I have developed my presentation skills. I have also developed new skills on how to use the different systems that i use within my role.
I enjoy working within my department, everyone is very supportive and i can ask for help at any point. I also enjoy my role within the company as I find it interesting. I also feel supported by my apprenticeship scheme manager.
My programme has been well structured, I have felt supported throughout my experience. My manager and coach have been very supportive with anything i need. However my training hasn't been very structured due to circumstances outwith my manager and coaches control.
I receive a lot of support from my manager and coach, I know if i have any problems i can let them know. I also know where i can go to access report. I also feel supported by my apprenticeship scheme Manager.
My training provider has been very supportive throughout my training, if i have any questions i can contact her at any time.
I would say that my qualification has given me a better understanding of working within a business. However i would not say that it helps me perform better in my specific role.
Yes, i attended Sales Academy at the end of January with my department. This was a good opportunity to get to meet more people.
