My role is assistant hotel manager, this includes helping to manage the day to day running of the hotel. Providing team training as an when needed and completing health and safety tasks.
I have learnt how to effectively manage a team, i have learnt how to fully use the payroll system
I enjoy learning all of the separate topics in more detail.
Very organised an easy to follow through the lifetime portal.
My employer supports me by organising my shifts around my monthly mèetings and helps with any questions i may have.
I do receive a lot of support my assessor is available anytime via text/call/email.
It helps me to understand more indepth about my role an the policies an procedures we use.

It is a really good company to work for. Whitbread looks after all its staff an guests. I have only had good experiences with them.
I would tell them to fully read their starter pack an complete their online training and read carefully as to fully understand.
