Finance Apprentice, preparing monthly review and reconciliation of amounts such as income, and preparation of invoices for amounts owed to us for different services.
I've developed on my communication and IT skills a lot. Furthermore, I've learnt new skills to do with accounting systems and related work.
I enjoy my programme a lot, and M&G being so welcoming has helped with that.
My employer help whenever help is needed or requested.
They help a lot by giving access to all course material as well as a performance support team.
There's a lot of terminology and process that I have seen in my qualification that I have heard, seen and used, it makes understanding the work much better.
There's always extra-curricular activities being advertised.

It's an amazing company that have made stepping into full time work much less intimidating.
Don't be nervous about starting as it's really not as scary as you would think. Also, just be yourself they know you will have little to no experience in the role you are applying for.
