Training and leaning the way to do job on site, and deciding what trade we will go into either mechanical, electrical or C&I.
Yes i have learnt many new skills and further developed existing skills.
It very enjoyable, very interesting work.
Very well structured we have timetables to follow so know exactly whats going on.
Loads, we have well-being check ups and can call email or message whenever we need to.
Still a lot but not as much as we receive from EDF.
We are provided with a safe environment to practice skill and develop them.
Yes we had a charity game of football in March.

Because it is an amazing opportunity to start a career straight out of school.
Don't be afraid if you are unsure of something always ask for help, make sure you are good at communicating and engaging.
