I work in Trade Surveillance and my role is to prevent and detect any Market Abuse that may occur
I have learnt and developed many new skills since joining.
I find the programme very interesting and it isn't repetitive therefore I really enjoy it.
I think for a relatively new programme, it is well organised, however I do feel that some things could be communicated to us better, in particular next steps.
I receive all the support I need, I am constantly told that the support is there if I need it and it is always there if I ask for any help.
There are lots of online tools to help preparing for the exam, I found the exam much easier with the content they provided.
I definitely think through the qualification I am doing that I am gaining a greater understanding of my role and in particular it helps me to see the bigger picture of what we are doing.
Yes there are lots of options, there are sports teams, networking events and clubs/societies
Yes
I feel it is a great place to work, I thoroughly enjoy my time there, you are supported in every way possible, not just with the apprenticeship and I feel it puts you in a great position for your career.
Make sure you look into the company and see what we stand for and the UBS values are very important and we should display them in all work we do.
