  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The qualification is clearly laid out and I know exactly when I have webinars, face to face’s and assignments due. I would say that sometimes the feedback which they give isn’t clear. Overall, the support I have received has been mediocre.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • As I am constantly learning new things, I find myself putting the theory which we learn from our assignments and webinars into practice. This is really helpful as it allows me to input more into the discussions or the work that I am completing.
