My role is to support critical business and scientific functions, by developing innovative solutions to help enable and automate these processes
I developed a number of both soft and hard skills, I knew before I started the apprenticeship that I would gain a lot of skills. However, I never realised that I would gain and develop so many soft skills.
The programme is well organised - however, I do believe there are some inconsistencies in regards to moving from the programme to going permanent
I receive good support from my employer
I can apply the learning from my degree to my role at AstraZeneca. This is also vise versa, as a number of my assignments are on my role in work
There are a number of activities that are both inside and outside of work
Yes
As I have thoroughly enjoyed myself during my time at AstraZeneca
My advice would be to apply! I know many people who have got to the application and have decided against applying
