I talk to delivery drivers, help with their problems and queries and sort where I can. I also have to go to them if the company has any problems, I am the middle man between company and self employed driver
I have learnt different ways of talking to people and helping them. I have learnt how to let people help themselves and choose the best option that they can
I like to give the drivers good news and helping them out when necessary. I like to teach them new things and help them improve in their daily roles
It is well structured, at the moment we are taking a break as the conditions don't allow us to continue. It will be good to start up again and see where we have come since our last meeting
I have received sporadic support so far but this has only been going for a short while. It will have to gain more support when we start again as some concentration has been lost
Brathay have been excellent and the trainer has been phenomenal in the way he has shown us support. He replies to any messages quickly and will help where needed
I haven't completed the course yet but I believe this will help me get further in my job and allow me to respond to actions and queries with better knowledge
Yes, there are activities we can get involved in that the company will put on from time to time
Yes
I would recommend because it is a company that believes in the people it employs, the company is about family and enjoyment.
Be yourself and show the company what you can do, if you have any problems make yourself heard and the problem will get sorted
