  • Working with customer services by answering customer queries over the phone and email, helping customer to understand our products and services, to communicate between the customer and the supplier to ensure the customer's special requests are met, to do everything we can to ensure our customers have great experience.

  • Yes I have learned new skills, even we are only around 3 months into the program, and there are manymore to learn and to develop the existing skills.

  • This program helps to improve the skills for customer service. For example, we have learned effective communication skills through the workshop and discussion. The apprenticeship will help you to learn the valuable skills and knowledge and work towards a qualification.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Booking.com?
  • Go for it. You learn while you are working so you can practise the skills and apply the knowledge straight away. You even get the free time to learn as well.
