Deal with customers' issues after rental. Call or email customers to solve their issues about car rental. Have meetings with managers or colleagues. Cooperate with other departments. Ensure that all communications with customers are conducted in a professional and courteous manner Offering alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of ensuring customer satisfaction.
I have improved my communication skills. For example, the way I talk over the phone, the way I give them information on email, my resume and cover letter, or the way I carry myself during an interview. I improved my analytical skills. It demonstrates my determination and my ability to assess different scenarios.
I feel this programme is great for me. I an meet new people, learn new skills, get certified qualification. I am sure it will help much in my future career. I think the programme was pretty good and I enjoyed it. I actually think I have learned a lot from this class.
I get a very good support and help from my employer. We have been allocated study time for this programme . My manager was very helpful to offer any assistance. It's really great.
They provide workshops regularly. And we have arranged meetings too. It's good.
