Very valued as an apprentice. Company acknowledge that we are the future of the company.
Workplace very well structured. College no so, some tutors lack skills to relate to students or give adequate feedback for reflection.

Whenever you need it, its there. Other employees are also willing to help.
It doesn't even come close currently. After relocating and the cost of fuel and food the salary does not match my outgoings at this time. However with pay rises every 6 months it should balance out soon.
