Not a lot of structure on a day to day basis inside the workplace. Always things to learn but have to be proactive.
Any issues are dealt with quickly and effectively by the employer.
The training provider give all support necessary whenever it is needed.
The Qualification is hugely benefitial in the workplace as all skills are developed through the training provider so you can use these skills in the workplace.
