My day to day job involves being part of an internal technical support team who help with tasks such as documentation creation, sanctions and winning new business.
I have learnt many new skills specifically related to insurance but also developed skills such as organisation and communication techniques.
I really enjoy my programme.
I think it is well organisation. We have time to plan ahead and know what is expected of us in the long term.
Everyone is really supportive and always helps us when we need it.
We have catch ups every 6 weeks and can always email in between.
The job role I do complements the qualifications and vice versa. It has learning both parts much easier.
We have professional networking events. Events called 'lunch and learns' once a month where we get to listen to a guest speaker talk about an area of WTW. Also have team socials where we go out together.
Yes
I have loved the experience of working for WTW. I do't really have any areas to fault them on.
Be confident and do some research. Ask lots of questions and don't be shy.
