I currently provide project support to our team & engage in various activities within the Learning & Talent area of HR.
I have learnt new skills such as how to interpret data to make decisions, how to persuade stakeholders and how to manage projects using agile. I have also developed other skills such as my confidence and presentational skills.
I thoroughly enjoy my programme and it has stretched me enough to keep me interested.
The programme is organised, our training provider usually holds regular webinars and we have frequent calls with our skills coach.
My employer provide me with all the support needed such as coaching sessions to help me develop.
Whilst working toward my qualification, the training provider is very good at providing support whenever necessary. They are always open to replying to emails asking for support.
I believe the qualification provides a general background in the area. It is a useful foundation to build a career from.
There are some activities to get involved in via my employer however there is not much available via the training provider.

Santander is a great company to work for, they truest care about you & your well-being. They ensure you have the right tools needed to succeed and support you all the way until you realise your potential.
The advice I would give it to ensure you work on your soft skills before the interview. These skills are very important when trying to secure a role.
