I have completed four rotational placements as part of a graduate scheme from a policies role, to a team manager role, to delivering renewable solutions, to working with outsourced teams driving performance.
People management, project management, stakeholder management
I've enjoyed the programme to a certain extent as I have preferred some placements more than others and same with the university work as I have preferred the modules with the most engagement
Happy with the structure
A mentor and time allocated to complete the work when needed so no complaints
Constant support via webinars which is useful to progress and stay focussed
As yet, not really as less than a year into the programme but I definitely think it will add value in the long term
Yes, talent pools from a professional aspect but a lack of social activities and no sport teams unless a colleague has arranged something but it is not driven by E.ON
Yes
A good path for career progression whilst maintaining a good culture of work life balance
