Completing tasks set by team manager, which contribute to the full team. There is also a diploma to be completed and I do this by using the wide rage of tasks completed.
I have learned a range of new programming languages and personal skills while being at work.
I enjoy the program very much. The separation between university and work is also a good balance.
Overall the program is well structured and therefore enjoyable.
There is a huge support network, while at work and this is very good for all new employees as there is a lot of help with any problem there may be.
This is a lot of support when it comes to training, the tutors are always contactable and they are able to help with training issues.
The skills that I have learnt at training have helped to widen my skill set and then apply them to work life situations.
