I assist in managing Vodafone's relationship with Telefonica with the aim of driving down fault and managing accountability for the company. I also assist in managing the spare management which ensure that sites are brought back up with in good time and this assists in lower customer impact and maintaining a good relationship.
I have improved on all of my management skills. Following this I have built a basic understanding of network architecture which has aided me in my development this also ties in with Network Design as we have to understand how it is built. As part of my previous team IP addressing is a large aspect of it for allowing interconnectivity.
I enjoy having the opportunity to be able to meet a diverse range of people from all ages and backgrounds. This is also an amazing experience as it gives me a wide range of exposure in the different areas of an enterprise company allowing me to discover what I love.
The programme is very well organised and structured, allowing you time to both spend in you job role and also independent study. The structure Is also interesting as it allows you to have control also on what you would want to focus more on. This also aids in personal development.
We receive support from all areas whether it is senior management to you fellow employees. The no question is a stupid question policy allows VF to build that level of trust between employees to where you feel you can always ask if you don't know. No pressure is put on an individual.

There are always events going on at Vodafone to allow network. These can include fairs from vendors and even with competitors. There are also incentives to join Onsite Gyms and promote the health and wellbeing of all employees. To add on to this for special event we have miniature versions on campus.
Yes
I would recommend this to a friend because it is a perfect place to develop yourself and build a career. It also teaches you all of the necessary skills to succeed if you do decide to peruse an opportunity elsewhere. It is also great to earn whilst you learn as you don't feel you have to hold anything back.
For those applying, I would say be yourself. Always be prepared and ask as many questions as you can. as these are some of the essentials when dealing with people on a daily basis. Also ensuring you have the basic knowledge of what the course would structure would be can ensure success.
