I am currently working on improving the network for our customers, allowing our engineers to resolve issues with equipment as efficiently and effectively as possible.
I have picked up a variety of skills, such as how to interact with network devices and diagnose faults, communication skills, and development experience.
There are good days and bad days, as there are everywhere, but on the whole I have really enjoyed the programme and the challenges it throws my way!
There were some issues at first, but the company has adapted really well to the new programme and how it's structured.
All the support I need. There is always someone to contact if there is an issue, either personal or work related.
At first not enough, but now more than enough. There were some initial bumps but they have since been ironed out and now everything is great.
I think that the qualification gives a good foundation of knowledge but is not specific enough to help me with my job role.
Plenty, there are sports teams and games nights, and if there is something missing, then there is support for starting new groups and events.
Yes
Great opportunity to learn and develop at a company that seems devoted to developing new talent. Loads of opportunities to meet great people and get involved with new and exciting things.
You don't need to know everything, but you need to be willing to learn, and demonstrating this by being confident and engaged will really help you stand out. Definitely not a sprint and more of a marathon.
