yes, I have learnt loads in terms of mortgages and the banking world that I had no knowledge of before.
I love my programme, it has helped me get into an industry I wouldnt have been able to access without the apprenticeship
At the beginning there was a definite lack of organisation and structure but now we are further into the teething problems have been worked out and it is alot better
I recieve tons of support from my employer. I have multiple people I can turn too when i need to and they have always given me the time I have needed.
Loads, Capella have been fantastic and keeping up communication with us
I think in my day to day role it doesnt change too much but as I climb the ladder it will really give me and advantage.
