  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • This program was a huge step for me. It allowed me to come straight out of college and begin my working life. It gave me both experience, and qualifications which are currently vital these days, allowing me to progress everyday with a different challenge. The team that's around me are also incredible, and I definitely wouldn't be here right now without them!

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • the whole program is incredibly well structured. From up top, down through the ranks you're able to seek help from anyone due to everyone being so open armed. I have monthly 1-2-1's with my career coach, and almost daily with my Line manager. Both these meetings allow me to express my concerns if there were to be any.
