I am a business anaylst in the BCS (Barclays Collaboration Services). I work in service management on Skype for Business. It is my job to ensure that we have a good uptake of the service and we improve regularly. my main tasks include: reporting, finance and supplier managment.
I have completed my foundation ITIL qualification and developed my knowlage of service managment. i have also completed my level 3 business administration and and i have delevloped my skills such as: - Leadership - profesionalism
I really enjoy my barclays foundation apprenticeship
We have a clear set of objectives and we have frequent catch ups.
I recieve as much or as little support as i need, the support it readily avalible but not pushed upon you.
I recieve some support from my training provider however this could be improved as sometime communication is lacking and further help would be benifitial.
My qualification links well to my role and i have had the opertunity to project manage a project within my team and this really developed my skills.
There are lots of oppotunities for this however it is not something i personally get involved with.
Yes
