1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I help customers which their loans and mortgages providing the redemption figures and advice on how to pay them off. I call customer regularly and I am able to discuss different options in regards to having a loan/ mortgage.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have become more confident when talking to customers and have learnt how to deal with confrontation and how to diffuse a situation if a customer becomes annoyed at the situation.

I enjoy my programme a lot, it is not as practical as I would of liked but I do enjoy it.

I feel I receive a lot of support and training and when learning new things I feel they are introduced correctly and in the right way

I have help from my employer as they allow me to have apprenticeship time to focus on my work

I receive good revision tool and booklets to help practice for my exam

It allows me to learn how to meet and interact with new people

There are chances to take part in different types of experience such as going to schools and talking about Barclays along with going to training days regarding new things that have come to the bank
