I have learnt multiple skills in leadership and management, alongside a high level of customer service and general career progression skills.
Incredibly, it gives a great opportunity to learn different skills.
Well from the university, could be greater in the workplace however overall it is done to a high standard.

They have supported me massively over my course to become the person I am now, which would be great for a friend.
To just be yourself, and try to gain an awareness of what the companies values. If you can combine both of these into your outlook, you have a great chance of succeeding.
