On the Adoption and Engagement side: A&E are responsible for developing measurable adoption campaigns and for developing adoption campaign service catalog. Support colleagues by hosting user engagement sessions to develop insights and user requirements. E.g. Skype Audio and Video sessions and we hold Tech Excite Days. On the communication side: Create communications materials that engage and excite the end user. Also help users to adopt new or different services through training, support, engagement and communications.

i do enjoy the programme. there is alot of space to grow confidence and everyone at work is so helpful
very organised and structured!! we have apprentice objectives which we have to fulfil! the support my our training coach is very handy and helpful. we have monthly 1-2-1's and find it very useful. we also have pluralsight access so we can learn extra stuff!
i am in a team of 9, and everyone is so supportive! if i have a problem my team are aware of that and try to make me feel as comfortable as possible.

Yes. we have a social commity so they organise all the events eg: xmas party. there is a gym at our work place.

great organisation to work for. just because you are a apprentice, you are so valued in the job you do!! nothing you do does not get un-noticed!
Be confident and be yourself. At the end of the day, the employer doesn't expect you to know everything, they want to see what you are like as a person!
