Software developer by title, however do a vast amount of work such as IT, business analyst, project management etc etc.
Yes, computer programming/coding
It is very good, however quite tough balancing study and work. We do 8weekly rotations ie 8 weeks uni, 8 weeks work
Its not very well structured, university is however. I feel in work there is a lack of experience in what to do with apprentices. Also a lot of the uni content does not align that much with work role
I reiece a lot of support from my colleagues, however not a lot from Barclays as a corporation
a lot, they are really good and helpful
It might as we progress but currently it does not
