My role in my team is as a Junior UI Developer. My job is: ( 1 ) keep learning scripting languages like JavaScript , practice some of its frameworks like Angular , Ionic . ( 2 ) Do the tasks and assignments assigned my Senior UI developer , Career coach and Line Manager. ( 3 ) Provide support to all team members to maintain team spirit.
They give assignments to serve you a chance to develop or improve your presentation skills , communication skills , coding skills and self branding skills. I have learned new programming languages and debugging techniques. Explored all features of Excel, Power point and Outlook etc. I got an experience to deliver a presentation in front of people which belongs to different countries. They give personal accounts in training or tutorial websites so that you can keep learning and improve your technical skills.
I enjoyed working with highly experienced experts of Programming. Loved the infrastructure , resources and environment company provided to work and grow by learning. I loved the hospitality company provided in my first 15 days of tenure. The only problem I faced here is that no one is going to teach you anything. There is no Classroom or white board training other then inductions. If your are self learner then this is the best place for you. Your seniors will tell you what to learn and how to learn. They will help you when you are blocked somewhere or facing any problem only if they have time.
They have documented all the things related to apprenticeship programme in order to give an apprentice a organized view. I got proper induction and training. My career coach used to explain me my Goals and Objectives. They have kept all assignments and training according to a learning pattern. If any apprentice still get confused he/she can contact Career Coach or Line Manager. Their is a company portal where you can understand Team hierarchy.
Manager always keeps track on my progress and keep guiding. Manager gives a complete review and his judgement every year. HR team is available always. I can contact HR through mail only. My mentor is basically a senior level software developer. Mentor can solve or guide you through every problem if helping you falls in their priority list. All colleagues are polite and friendly always.
Mentor keeps giving very profitable advises. Manager always keeps his supervision in order to guide and support me. My career coach always explained me , keeps reminding me about my objectives and goals. Work Load is never their on me. I can smoothly continue my qualification. Everyone except mentor are always polite. I am loving it all.
My apprenticeship serves me numerous chances to improve and develops my skill set. During my apprenticeship I have learned and still learning many new things related to Software Development . This things will probably help me a lot in my coding future and will help me to do excel in IT industry.
Many times company arrange events to do some charity work. I have attended events like tree Plantation with thousands plants in a barren soil of waste-lands , helping underprivileged people to do water cultivation in drought area. Got a chance to participate in marathons. I play many indoor games with my colleagues inside our beautiful campus. I also do reading in our amazing library of office campus.

Keep hunting for the opportunities always. Use LinkedIn and other websites. While giving interview be prepared to answer some ethical questions . On-boarding process will check your patients because this process is very slow. Never ever try to give any false information related to your personal details and qualification details. Keep checking your mail always because it is not necessary that they will call you.
