So I am a network engineer, my role involves solving customer data and SMS issues from behind the scenes. I get to take a closer look at how Vodafone's network is run
I have learnt skills on a weekly and sometimes daily basis.
I really enjoy my role as a apprentice, it opens a lot of opportunities.
From a Vodafone side of things the programme is perfect and really well organised, however from a QA perspective, it has been quite hard to get courses booked and catch ups booked in the past.
I receive a lot of support from Vodafone.
In the past few months I have received the support I need, however for the first 7/8 months I received little support.
Yeah the training and qualification will help me in my role

amazing apprenticeship, as an employer they give you so many opportunities with little expectation from the start. They will help you learn to a standard that is needed.
Be confident in yourself, know what to expect.
