Working to meet apprenticeship criteria by going through multiple functions, not really a full time role i could have at the end of the scheme.
Due to working in multiple functions my understanding of the business has massively improved from day one. Ive also been sent on courses to develop my technical knowledge
Job from day one hasnt matched requirements so needed to rely on manager to use his network to find areas where i can cover the specifics and other areas. Learning provider has been good once I got a new skills coach. was not great before this.
all training dates were booked in from the get go, and always have catch up calls scheduled with my skills coach.
Manager has been excellent with supporting me throughout the programme. only downside is the unknown once scheme is completed, we have to find these jobs at the end of the scheme ourselves.
learning provider has been great with providing top class trainers when away for courses, this showed as I passed all exams in the first attempt.
great to have gone through the scheme and be an apprentice but the certificate at the end doesnt hold much wait such as a full degree would. but I was always aware of this. The learning and criteria to meet has been a great guide.
Team building activities are scheduled etc, this comes from the team you are in.
Yes
fantastic company with a whole host of opportunities to go into after the scheme if you can secure a job as it is not a guarantee
dont say no to anything as experience in anything is a massive help and network builder within this company
