I provide day to day business support to different groups within the team I work for. This includes ensuring they are up to date on everything, e.g. Mandatory training.
I have developed lots of new skills already such as presenting and organisational skills. I have learned about these two things only since starting the apprenticeship.
I am only 3 months into my apprentice but already love it. I feel so happy that I decided to move jobs and especially to an apprenticeship as good as this one.
My apprentice is very well organised and I have always felt clear on what was going on and things that needed to be carried out.
I receive constant support from my employer. She is always checking that we are all okay and I receive weekly emails to ensure this.
I receive a good amount of support from my training provider. I usually receive at least one email from them a week offering support.
I have to evidence things from my work to my training provider so that she can see I am meeting my targets and performing as they want me to.
Yes there are lots of different things you have the option to get involved with such as sports activities and even charity events.
Yes
I have been offered so much support whilst settling into this new job and I feel so comfertable in a new environment already. It's just a great place to work for.
Don't be worried about going into a new job here as you will receive so much support, push yourself to do the best you can.
