My role involves mandating markets with a number of things such as checking their social media reports, providing them with any tools when we have a group deal. Being the center of excellence team for group for any business problems that require social listening.
Social listening, report building, co-coordinating activities, analysis.
I enjoy my programme a lot because it has given me a chance to flourish and brush up on my report building and insight mining, would've been even better if i did an actual DM role involving publishing campaigns etc. to widen the DM horizon
I have a QA skills coach whom i meet every month, i spend a day a week dedicated to my coursework only. I have course dates every 2 months. The coursework is well structured with the required criterion for my job role laid out in a doc for me.
I receive a lot of support from my employer as i get given a lot of trainings outside my job role that help me flourish and aid personal development
A lot of support received from my training provider for example: coursework help, any help related to my job performance etc.
I have understood and can do a variety of things that i had never learnt before e.g. developing HTML, different types of marketing etc. These are some of the things i had learnt through the help of my training provider.
I dont get invited to a lot of events, but i attend workshops dedicated to my work stream every year which i coordinate.
Yes
excellent place to develop new skills, great workplace, a lot of flexibility on working, you are treated as a regular colleague rather than an apprentice :)
Just be yourself, always ask questions, get your coursework and your main job tasks done on time and remember to seek for help if you need to
