I am involved in the Data Analytics Team. My day-to-day role involves supporting projects within different scopes and areas of focus. Some of these includes data visualization projects, Innovation projects or core data mapping projects. During the day I can also be involved in project meeting or doing online training courses.
Yes, so far I have developed many new skills and I have also improved on my existing skills. In terms of Project management, I have been able to develop skills and qualities such as being more agile and also more responsive to change. I have focused on improving my communication skills, such as delivering a presentation. I have seen some improvement in this particular focus area.
I have enjoyed many aspects including the learning and development aspects of my programme. Networking events has also provided me with the opportunity to meet new people from different parts of the business and collaborate with them, therefore this aspect of the programme has been very vital to my development.
Programme has a good structure. I know what to expect in the coming months and I usually have 1 to 1 meetings with my line manager and coach to plan for further activities.
I have received a huge amount of support from different individuals from my organisation. This supports ranges from personal development support to on- the job training support.
My training provider provides me with a very detailed and valuable amount of support which enables me to be able to work towards delivering my qualification units.
My qualifications units has been enhanced to match my role involvements therefore since taking part in this qualification, I have been able to improve my role performance and be more adaptive to my role.
Networking events are usually held and gives us the opportunity to me collaborative and meet new individuals.

Based on my experience, I have received a very positive and valuable experience in this company. I have been welcomed with open doors and also been provided with an exceptional platform to chase growth with no limits.
