  • 9a. Would you recommend Vodafone to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Vodafone offers many opportunities to advance your career and supports you in each step. They also provide benefits to all their employees (including apprentices) which far surpass the industry standards. There is a big focus on employee's well-being and any support needed is offered. They also provide an environment in which apprentices are treated as full employees and not just someone to grab coffee.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Vodafone?
  • Just be yourself in an interview. They're looking for a certain type of person, someone who is a team player. For example at the assessment day make sure you help those around you, ensure no one is struggling and don't focus on trying to be the best in challenges. Most tasks at interview have been designed to see what kind of person you are and not whether you can complete them.
