  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • from vodafone's side, the programme is managed well and plenty of support, regular check-ins from vodafone apprentice manager, from QA side it is not so organised, delay on receiving marks back, skills coach never that helpful, plenty of time given to study the 20%, support received well from VF management

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • less than from employer, QA is not that great on support in terms of skills coach involvement who is our primary contact, modules are generally structured well, module leaders are very helpful and on hand to help often, i do know who to go to if i have problems which is not my skills coach

    6/10

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • no i find that i learn more from my role that i am able to bring into the modules/degree, i have not really learnt anything so far that i can bring into my current role, for example the maths and data comms module ? that has had no use to me personally, managing and leading module will help me further down theline when i am in a management role

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • yes always plenty of events, i have attended UCAS fayres, apprenticeship fayres, national conferences to speak of my apprenticeship journey, i have become a student rep to help other students with issues and improving the programme for the better, there could be a better apprenticeship platform to interact more with other apprentices as i find that there isnt this currently available

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Vodafone?
  • application process was easy, online questionnaire, video interview which is awful then half day assessment centre with interview which was quite enjoyable, three day onboarding experience of getting to know fellow apprentices, would be good to give example tasks etc. for the assessment centre and better tasks as they were hard to grasp
