Looking at upcoming check ins in the hotel and keep up with any requests. Check in all the days arrivals, follow all procedures. Chase up payments for group deposits on time and keep up with filing
I have learnt different ways of how my company take each payment and how to do it confidently. I have learn how to confidently deal with different types of guests
I enjoy working with my tutor and how our phone calls go. I like how she is always there when I am struggling with anything and she always gives me the confidence when I’m doing well
On mylife system is tells you everything step by step in detail of what you need within the apprenticeship and it is helpful for me. It gives up mini quizzes throughout each section to help us lead to the big mock exam
She is always messaging about how I am getting on and when I’m reading through my work, anything I miss or need extra work on, she acknowledges me
She has explained in detail everything I need to know from the apprenticeship and I know she is just a message/email away if I’m stuck
It gives me more confidence on how to deal with customers in a certain way. And how to go above and beyond
We do charity fundraisers which raises money and helps out community by doing cake sales or car boot sales

There always care for all their customers above and beyond. They focus so well on their brand standards so they know what they are getting from the service
