On a day-to-day basis I clean and freshen up rooms which guests have stayed in and get them ready for the next guests for when they arrive.
I have become more confident in myself, I communicate better with staff and guests than when I did before working for Premier Inn.
I have only just started my programme but so far it’s going well and I recon in the future when I get into the programme I will enjoy it a lot.
I think the programme is well organised as I get contacted often and everything seems to be put in place.
I get a lot of support and when I’m struggling I get all the help I need.
I get all the support I could’ve wanted by my trainer.
I am learning more about the company itself and I’m finding things out about the company I didn’t know before I started the programme.
No not that I can think of.
Yes
It’s a safe environment to be in, it’s homely and the all staff treats guest how they would want to be treated.
Be confident in yourself and you’ll be absolutely fine!
