Dealing with credit hire claims, this involves speaking with different companies - like the third party insurers and credit hire organisations. It also involves reviewing the hire and repairs and trying to keep the hire period down and avoid any delays, following the GTA etc.
Yes many! Have became more confident with talking to different people over the phone, also creating more skills and knowledge on insurance, likewise have become more independent in making decisions and feeling more confident in doing so.
I do enjoy the programme I am on. I feel it works very well and the work and study balance is very good, personally I think the programme I'm on is great!
I believe the programme is very well organised and structured, as every week we have the same amount of time for study and work and makes the whole process flow very nicely, and having monthly sessions is very helpful.
I think we get a lot of support as there are many things in place that make you feel comfortable at work like by receiving feedback this gives us information on how to make things better or positive comments on what's going right, which is overall quite helpful
We do have lots of support from our trainer provider as we have monthly sessions which are very beneficial, and also we can email our trainer at any time if we don't get a certain section!
Whilst we are doing our role, certain parts are reflected on what we have done when studying for our qualification which makes our role easier and makes you more confident in the role.
Yes
